Would I be able to change the massage to the pregnancy massage and substitute the gin for soft drinks?

Hi Debbie,

Thanks for getting in touch.

I can confirm massages are available while pregnant but clients must be over 14 weeks pregnant before any massage treatments can be carried out and no deep pressure massage, detox treatments or hot stones are available during any stage of pregnancy.

I'm happy to also let you know alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Is this definitely for 1 and not 2? It says it’s usually £107 but on the hotels website you can get the same deal with a light lunch instead of an afternoon tea for £114.

What to expect

  • Spa day for one including a 50 minute massage, access to the relaxation room and a Hendricks afternoon tea

Voucher is valid until Mon 30 Nov 2020, Mon - Thur 11am - 6pm and Fri 10am - 3pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Sat - Sun, 25-28 Sep and 8-16 Oct 2020.

Voucher must be booked by Thur 15 Oct 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48  hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 16s only.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.

Clients must be over 14 weeks pregnant before any massage treatments can be carried out. Suitable oils can be used to allow guests to have these treatments whilst breastfeeding. No deep pressure massage, detox treatments or hot stones are available during any stage of pregnancy.

Clients cannot have any massage therapies whilst undergoing any treatments for cancer. Included in this is chemotherapy, radiotherapy and or various medications. Once clients have been told they are in remission, then massage could only take place after 12 months and with a suitable doctors note.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 

Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. 

Treatment duration: approx. 50 minutes. Choice of hot stone or wellbeing massage.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Includes access to the relaxation room after treatment. Please note does not include access to the leisure facilities.

Includes afternoon tea from a set menu subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available; please discuss at time of booking. Includes a Hendricks teapot (Hendricks with Rose Lemonade or Limited Edition Hendricks Lunar with Fentimans tonic); alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
