Hi, just checking that under 16's need accompanied by and adult means and adult should be there, not that the adult needs to do the activity?

I'm happy to let you know children aged 7+ are welcome to use these vouchers, but under 16's must be accompanied by an adult

Kayaking voucher is valid from Sat 6 Jul 2019 – Sat 28 Sept 2019; Sat 9:30am – 12:30pm; subject to availability. Excludes Sun - Fri

Stand-up padding boarding voucher is valid from Sat 6 Jul 2019 – Sat 28 Sept 2019; Sat 1.30pm – 4.30pm; subject to availability. Excludes Sun – Fri

Canoeing voucher is valid from Sun 7 Jul 2019 – Sun 29 Sept 2019; Sun 9:30am – 12:30pm; subject to availability. Excludes Mon – Sat.

Sea kayaking voucher is valid from Sun 7 Jul 2019 – Sun 29 Sept 2019; Sun 1.30pm – 4.30pm; subject to availability. Excludes Mon – Sat.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked  by Tue 13 Aug 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 6 per person. 

Suitable for ages 7+; under 16yrs must be accompanied by an adult.  

Duration approx. 3hrs 

Max of 6 people per group/activity.   

Must have reasonable level of fitness and be confident in cold, moving water.

All technical and safety equipment is provided.

Please bring: towel, swim suit, old trainers (that can get wet/dirty), spare trainers, warm clothing to change, lunch and a drink.

Activities are weather dependant for safety reasons. Active Outdoor Pursuits offer an ‘activity guarantee’ which means if the weather or conditions aren’t suitable, you will be offered an alternative activity.

No wheelchair access available. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.  

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.  

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.   

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
