What to expect

  • Afternoon tea experience for two or four

Voucher is valid from Mon 17 May 2021 until Sat 31 Jul 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.

Entry to the estate is from 10am.

Voucher must be booked by Mon 19 Jul 2021.

Once voucher is booked with Balmoral,  the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Includes afternoon served in the restaurant between 2.30pm - 4.30pm; subject to availability. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available. Max of 1 voucher per table.

Tour duration: approx 1hr 15mins.

Audio handset tour is available in English, French, German, Italian, Dutch and Spanish.

All visitors are required to register with track and trace on arrival and face masks must be worn in indoor spaces.

Children are classed as ages 5 - 16 years and under 5's go free. Children are charged at £6 ticket price; payable direct.

Wheelchair accessible with ramped access to all exhibitions. Parking for disabled is available within the grounds. Please drive up to the ticket office and enquire. Battricars and wheelchairs are available for customers to borrow at no extra charge; please discuss direct.

Admission charges include parking, access to the formal and vegetable gardens, exhibitions in the stable area and the ballroom.

Please note that contactless and card payments are the preferred methods of payment in the Gift Shop and Coffee Pod.

Photography is allowed in all areas except the Ballroom.

Drones are not permitted anywhere on the Balmoral Estate.

Dogs are permitted in all areas except the Ballroom and gift shop. Assistance dogs are allowed in all areas.

Please note that all other rooms within the Castle are not available to the public as these are Her Majesty The Queen's private rooms.

Advance booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
