Hi , I don’t have a ‘valid from’ date or issue number on my card - can’t proceed?

Thanks for getting in touch!
You should be able to leave this field empty, but if not, bank cards are usually valid for 4 years, so I'd recommend popping the start date in as four years prior to the expiration date.

Hi
I’m hoping you can help me I have a February voucher for the Kimpton Sunday brunch
Unfortunately my husband and I have had three family deaths since December and never got round to booking
They do have availability for this Sunday 26 February however I cannot do this Sunday
I’ve contacted the hotel and they are happy to book me for a Sunday on March however they said I need to contact itison direct
Is any possibility of extending the voucher as a goodwill gesture to the March offer
I totally understand if this isn’t possible
