I'm really sorry for any confusion, but I can confirm vouchers are valid to use from Mon 2 Nov 2020 until Wed 24 Mar 2021. We've updated the small print to make this as clear as possible.

Excludes 23 Dec 2020 - 2 Jan 2021 and 7 - 18 Feb 2021.

I am assuming you mean it is valid until 24 March 21 and can you confirm it is valid over the summer as your advert suggests? With thanks, Jan

What to expect

  • 2 night stay for up to six in 5* self catering two bedroom accommodation OR
  • 2 night stay for up to six in 5* self catering three bedroom accommodation OR
  • 2 night stay for up to eight in 5* self catering three bedroom accommodation

Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Nov 2021 until Wed 30 Mar 2022, Stays can commence on Mon or Wed only; subject to availability.

Excludes 4 - 19 Feb 2022.

Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-refundable. Dates can be altered up to 7 days prior to arrival.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Vouchers can be used on consecutive nights, subject to availability.

Please note that accommodation includes cottages, lodges and apartments; subject to availability.

Check-in from 4pm, check-out 10am.

Option 1: 2 bedrooms (both rooms have zip and link bed and one has an additional 2 singles) 

Option 2: 3 bedrooms (2 x doubles, 1 x twin)

Option 3: 3 bedrooms (zip & link beds in all rooms with one room having 2 single beds)

Includes use of leisure facilities from 9am on the day of arrival until 5pm on the day of departure. Excludes access to the Victorian Spa but sessions can be booked and paid for directly with the hotel.

Includes free transport from your cottage, lodge or apartment around the resort at selected times.

Towels, linen and electricity are included.

Free parking available.

Children permitted and included in the overall headcount.

Dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per dog; payable directly to hotel. Max of 2 dogs.

Wheelchair access available; please advise at the time of booking.

Advance booking required or you risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
