I'm sure you don't wish to falsely advertise, but the Croque Monsieur is listed on The Marlborough's menu as £9.50. Why is it listed as £10 on Itison?

The wording of this is confusing.
Is this one voucher per booking? Or can multiple vouchers be used but it's only one voucher per person?

What to expect

  • Croque Monsieur for one

Voucher is valid from Mon 16 Jan 2023 until Sun 5 Feb 2023, Sun - Fri 9am - 3pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Saturdays.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 3 Feb 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

1 voucher per person, per booking only.

Tables required back after 1.5hrs.

Includes a croque monsieur (veggie option available) for one.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
