I have been trying to contact the Lowry hotel to see if they have availability for 2 rooms on Friday 4th June but every time I ring the number that you advise 01718274041 it just goes to a recorded message for booking the River Restaurant . Please can you advise what I should do .

To apply your credit at our checkout, just head to itison.com. Once you’ve found the deal you’d like, select Buy Now. You can then select 'Add a gift card, promo code or itison credit' after confirming how many vouchers you'd like to buy.

You might find your code comes up automatically and you can select Use This Code. Otherwise, just type it in as it shows - CODE_CODE - and select Enter Code. Your order total will update and you can continue to the payment section.

  • Overnight stay for two in a superior king room with glass of Prosecco, breakfast and optional 3 course dinner OR
  • 2 night stay for two in a superior king room with glass of Prosecco, 3 course dinner on the one night and breakfast each morning OR
  • Overnight stay for two in a junior suite with a bottle of Champagne in the room on arrival, 3 course dinner with a glass of Champagne, chocolate dipped strawberries and a cocktail each

Voucher is valid from Mon 15 Feb 2021 until Wed 30 Jun 2021, 7 days; subject to availability

A supplementary charge of £50 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Jun 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am. 

Stay in a superior king room or junior suite.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Dinner options: Includes 3 courses from set menu; subject to change. A supplementary charge of £10 is required for steak options; payable directly to hotel. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. 2 night stay: dinner is on one night only.

Stays in a superior king room: Includes a glass of Prosecco.

Stay in a junior suite: Includes a glass of Champagne and a bottle of Champagne in the room plus a cocktail each.

Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Max of 1 child permitted up to age 12 at no extra charge. Cot or extra bed is available.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
