I am looking to buy 2 vouchers on option 3 (2 nights) in order to go as a family group of 4 however I am only seeing an option to purchase 1 voucher is that because there are no longer 2 left or do I have to purchase them singly. Many Thanks Barbara

I'm afraid for options 2 and 3 on this deal, multiple voucher purchases aren't permitted.

What to expect

Overnight stay for two with breakfast and tea or coffee with shortbread on arrival OR

Overnight stay for two with 5 course dinner and breakfast OR

2 night stay for two with 5 course dinner on the first night and breakfast both mornings

Voucher is valid from Mon 16 Sept 2019 until Wed 18 Dec 2019.

Option 1: Sun - Fri; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays and 17 - 18, 22 Nov, 2 - 3, 13 Dec 2019.

Options 2 & 3: valid 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 19 Oct, 17 – 28, 22 – 23 Nov, 2 – 3, 13 – 14 Dec 2019. A supplementary charge of £25 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 29 Nov 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.

Option 1: Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Options 2 & 3: Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.

Double or twin standard room available; Glen, Bachelor and East rooms.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 1: Includes a choice of tea or coffee on arrival with homemade shortbread.

Options 2 & 3: Includes 5 course dinner from tasting menu; subject to change. Max of 2 vouchers per table. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Tables may be required back in 2 hours during busy periods. Option 3: Dinner is on the first night only.

Free parking available. 

Max of 1 child permitted; children ages 18months and under (in a cot) stay free, ages over 18months - 11 years require a supplementary charge of £55 per night including high tea and breakfast, ages 12 and over are £120 per night including dinner and breakfast; payable directly to hotel.

Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 per night in addition to upgraded room supplement: South, Pond and Churchill; payable directly to hotel.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
