I'm happy to let you know itison credit and gift cards can indeed be used across multiple orders until it either runs out or expires, whichever happens first, so if you don’t use the full balance in one go the remainder will stay valid for your next order.

What to expect

  • Afternoon tea for two with tea or coffee and optional glass of Prosecco each

Voucher is valid Sat 1 Oct 2022 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, Mon - Sat 1pm - 4pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Sundays, 24 - 26, 31 Dec 2022, 1 Jan, 14 Feb and 19 Mar 2023.

Voucher must be booked at least 12hrs in advance and by Fri 10 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Afternoon tea with tea and coffee. Menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Option 2: Includes 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
