Why does it say on receipt book by 17th March book use by 27th March on voucher

I can confirm all vouchers can be used until the 27th of March 2023, but must be booked before the 17th of March to avoid missing out.

Valid Sun - Fri: Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Jan 2023 until Mon 27 Mar 2023, Sun - Fri 2pm - 5pm. Excludes Saturdays, 14 Feb and 19 Mar 2023.

Valid Saturdays: Voucher is valid from Sat 7 Jan 2023 until Sat 25 Mar 2023, Saturday 2pm - 5pm only. Excludes Sun - Fri.

Vouchers are subject to availability.

Voucher must be booked at least 24hrs in advance and by Fri 17 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 2 vouchers per table.

Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Includes a glass of fizz each OR bottle of fizz to share. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Table required back after 2 hours during busy periods.

Children permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
