Finding it difficult to book in using the email address. Reply seems to take days and then there seems to be no availability

What to expect

  • Afternoon tea for two or four

Voucher is valid until Wed 30 Sep 2020, valid 7 days 10am - 4pm; subject to availability.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Email bookings only; bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Option 1: Max of 2 vouchers per table.

Option 2: Max of 1 voucher per table.

Afternoon tea only, menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Wheelchair access available; please note there are no disabled facilities.

Children permitted; please note there are no baby changing facilities.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
