Questions and answers

I booked this as a birthday gift yesterday and it states in small print that it is valid until Sunday 5th July but when voucher arrived it stated it is only valid until 12th April.
I then cancelled as this was of no use to me, and have been advised I will receive a refund.
Can you advise why this happened.
I do wish to purchase with the available dates as per small print at side .

We actually have two deals just now for The Terrace, and it looks like you unfortunately purchased a voucher for our other deal which is valid until the 12th of April.

I'm happy to confirm this voucher is valid to use until the 5th of July.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Jul 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Includes a 125ml glass of fizz each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Table required back after 1 hour 30 mins during peak times.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
