Hi I see the Alan Edwards Boucher is valid from 1st March - 31 st May is this an error as it is now the 15 th of Apri

Hi I just called the shop up and the voucher is only got a blow dry , this is very deceiving to all customer , the add should be. Clearer

Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Mar 2019 until Fri 31 May 2019, valid Mon 9.30am – 4.30pm, Tue – Wed 9.30am – 5.30pm, Thur 9.30am – 6.30pm, Fri 9am – 5pm, Sat 9am – 4pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Sundays.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 May 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.

Not valid for any existing pre-booked appointments.

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.

Options 3, 4 & 5: Over 16s only.

Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.

Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 30 mins.

Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 1 hr.

Colour options require a consultation and patch test at least 48 hours prior to treatment; please discuss directly with salon.

Up to L1/L2 stylist dependent on availability.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
