Voucher is valid from Thur 27 Dec 2018 until Thur 28 Feb 2019, Mon 9.30am - 4.30pm, Tue & Wed 9.30am - 5.30pm, Thur 9.30am - 6.30pm, Fri 9am - 5pm and Sat 9am - 4pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Sundays and 31 Dec 2018 – 2 Jan 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 7 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!)

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases are not permitted.

Not valid for any existing pre-booked appointments or any existing loyalty offers.

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.

Over 16s only for all colour treatments.

Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Please discuss any medical concerns with the salon directly.

Shu Uemura, cut and blow dry duration: approx. 1hr.

Tint or colour roots or T-bar duration: approx. 3hrs (Please note 1 hour of stylist’s time/colour tech’s time).

Balyage, freehand colour or highlights duration: 3 hrs 30mins (Please note 1.5 hours of stylist’s time/colour tech’s time).

T-Bar include up to 30 meche and Hi-lights include up to 50 packs of meche.

Colour options require a consultation and patch test at least 48 hours prior to treatment; please discuss directly with salon.

Valid for stylist / colour tech only.

Not valid for L2 stylist, senior stylists, art directors or colour specialist & senior colour specialist.

Please note full head pre-lighting would be subject to supplementary charge upon consultation; payable directly to salon.

No wheelchair access available.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
