Hi it says vouchers must be printed but i only have a phone and a tablet so I've no way of printing one. Can i not show a conformation email when i arrive at Alea if i go ahead and buy the voucher.

You do need to print this voucher to hand over at the venue but, if it helps, you can print it from any device - perhaps a friend or family member's - by heading to https://www.itison.com/my/complete_orders.

Hi, I only want to buy vouchers for a meal for 2 people - its a special occassion and i really don't need it for 4 people - i love this deal and have used it before in the past - any help would be appreciated thanks

What to expect

2 courses for two and a bottle of wine to share OR

2 courses for four and 2 bottles of wine to share

Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, 7 days, 5.30pm – 11pm; subject to availability.

Excludes 14 Feb and 22 Mar 2020.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 4 vouchers or 8 people per table.

Choose a starter and main or main and dessert each from a set menu only; subject to change.

A supplementary charge is required per dish for the following starter: oak smoked Scottish salmon £3 or main: 8oz rib eye steak £6; payable directly to restaurant.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Option 1 includes 1 bottle of house red or white wine to share.

Option 2 includes 2 bottles of house red or white wine to share.

Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Over 18s only. Alea Casino operate a strict Challenge 25 policy; over 18s entry policy is in place and anyone who appears to be under 18 years old will be asked to produce valid ID. No refunds will be given to anyone who does not meet this criteria.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption.  Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
