If there is 4 adults in the group do we get to walk an alpaca each or do we share one alpaca?

Thanks for getting in touch!

I can confirm only one person can walk with the alpaca at any one time (take turns walking the alpaca and then you’ll need to walk behind the group when not with the alpaca).

If younger children need an adult, will the adult have to pay too? As well as the child?

I can confirm under 12’s must be accompanied by an adult to help hold and guide the Alpaca and will be counted in the overall headcount.

What to expect

  • Alpaca trekking experience for up to four

Voucher is valid until Tue 31 Oct 2023, 7 days; subject to availability.

Valid for specific time slots:

Jul & Aug: 10.10am, 11.20am, 1pm and 2.10pm

Sep: 10.30am and 2.30pm

Oct: 10am, 1.30pm and 3.30pm

Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Oct 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Telephone or Email bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Under 12’s must be accompanied by an adult to help hold and guide the Alpaca.

Duration approx. 1hr.

Max of 4 people per group. Please note only one person can walk with the alpaca at any one time (take turns walking the alpaca and then you’ll need to walk behind the group when not with the alpaca).

Please wear outdoor walking boots or wellies for the trek.

Meeting point: Action Glen reception.

No wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
