Does the return trip have to be the day after, like the description suggests: "Arrival at Amsterdam approx. 9:45am, with coach departing to city centre at 10:15am. Approx 5 hours in Amsterdam, with last coach leaving city centre at 4pm." or is there flexibility? For instance arriving on the Saturday but departing on a Sunday?

when u click dfds it says its 74 pounds per person yet the itison says 79 for 2 ? what do u do if there are 2 adults and a child ? Do you pay for 2 then?

So I've booked and paid for your voucher at £74 and now when booking on DFDS website they want an additional £74 (no supplements booked with all basic options chosen).

So the deal is actually not £74 mini cruise, its actually £74 off (or buy one get one free) from DFDS price meaning the total payment is £148? Is that correct?

  • Mini cruise for two with private cabin and coach transfers

Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Oct 2022 until Sat 31 Dec 2022, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge per night of £25 per cabin per night is required Thu - Sat; payable directly.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 30 Sep 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Once booked with DFDS, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. Failure to arrive for scheduled sailing will result in forfeiture of your voucher.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used consecutively.

Duration: 2 nights.

Departure from North Shields: Check-in opens 2.30pm, boarding opens 3pm, check-in closes 4.15pm, boarding closes 4.30pm. Ship leaves at 5pm.

Includes return coach transfers from Amsterdam port to Amsterdam City.

Arrival at Amsterdam approx. 9:45am, with coach departing to city centre at 10:15am. Approx 5 hours in Amsterdam, with last coach leaving city centre at 4pm.

Departure from Amsterdam: Check-in opens 2.30pm, boarding opens 3.30pm, check-in closes 4.45pm. Ship leaves at 5.30pm.

Departure times are subject to change depending on weather conditions.

Inside standard cabin with bunk beds only. Cabins can be upgraded to a sea view cabin for a supplementary charge from £15 per cabin; payable directly.

Dining facilities are available onboard.

Children permitted; children 0-3 years old travel free on the basis they share a bed. Max. of 1 infant per cabin, per booking.

No pets permitted.

Charged parking available at the ferry terminal; payable to Port of Tyne.

Wheelchair access available. Please discuss with DFDS when booking.

Advance booking required. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
