Hi in the small print it says children are welcome however I have purchased a voucher and the small print on that says children not permitted. Can you tell me if children are welcome or not? Thanks Diane

I'm happy to let you know Option 1 - November/December 2022 and March 2023 stay is valid from Tuesday the 1st of November 2022 until Thursday the 29th of December 2022 and from Wednesday the 1st of March - Friday the 31st of March 2023, 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes the 26th of November and 30th of December 2022 - 28 Feb 2023.

Option 2 - January - February 2023 stay is valid from Monday the 2nd of January 2023 until Tuesday the 28th of February 2023, 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 10th - 11th and 14th of February 2023.

I'm afraid this deal can only be used from the 1st of November 2022, and we unfortunately don't have any deals with Apex City Quay Hotel & Spa that can be used before then.

I'm afraid this voucher is valid from Tuesday the 1st of November, so cannot be used for a booking in September.

You'll be able to check availability and make a booking online immediately after buying your voucher.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

Nov/Dec '22 & Mar '23 stay:

Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Nov 2022 until Thu 29 Dec 2022 and from Wed 1 Mar - Fri 31 Mar 2023 , 7 days.

Excludes 26 Nov and 30 Dec 2022 - 28 Feb 2023.

Jan - Feb '23 stay:

Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Jan 2023 until Tue 28 Feb 2023, 7 days.

Excludes 10-11 & 14 Feb 2023.

General: 

A supplementary charge of £20prpn is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to the hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Mon 31 Oct 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Bookings are subject to availability.

Online bookings only.

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted, and can be used on consecutive nights. 

Check-in 2.30pm, late check-out 12noon.

Stay in a Quay view double or twin room.

Upgrades to suites are available; please discuss directly with the hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes complimentary car parking for the night of the booked stay. No further discount or refund will be given in full or in part should car parking not be required.

Children are welcome and family rooms are available. Please contact the hotel directly to discuss options to upgrade to a suitable room.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
