After the debacle of this hotel throwing people (staff who were then made homeless and couldn’t travel home due to lockdown) out at the start of covid (made national UK news) I’m very surprised that they get any support for their business. I understand that it’s difficult for all but where is their apology in all this? Businesses need to be decent. There was no need to do what they did. Fair enough they couldn’t afford the wages but to then make non UK nationals homeless during a crisis was a morally wrong move. Innit.
