I’m happy to let you know this voucher can be used by all customers, but just can't be used for any bookings you already have in place.

What to expect

Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Sept 2020 until Fri 30 Oct 2020, valid Mon 9.30am – 4.30pm, Tue – Wed 9.30am – 5.30pm, Thur 9.30am – 6.30pm, Fri 9am – 5pm, Sat 9am – 4pm; subject to availability and some excluded dates to be confirmed when the venue reopens.

Excludes Sundays and all of July and August 2020.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 1 Oct 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.

Not valid for any existing pre-booked appointments.

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.

Options 3, 4 & 5: Over 16s only.

Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and cancer sufferers/those in remission.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.

Please note for Balayage, freehand colour or highlight options: hair past shoulder length may be subject to an extra charge; please discuss with salon at time of booking or consultation.

Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 30 mins.

Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 1 hr.

Option 3 - 4: Treatment duration: approx. 3 hrs.

Option 5: Treatment duration: approx. 3 hrs 30 mins.

Colour options require a consultation and patch test at least 48 hours prior to treatment; please discuss directly with salon.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
