I notice on the website there are 6 levels of stylist & the prices range from £31 for a graduate stylist ladies cut & finish up to £80 for the salon director, could you tell me how I know what level of stylist would do my hair, if it's 50% reductionvoucher I assume it would be a senior stylist level 1 at£62 as any lower level stylist would not make voucher worth 50% off & how do I make sure I et the correct level of stylist when booking?

Voucher is valid from Mon 6 Sep 2021 until Tue 30 Nov 2021, Mon 9.30am - 4.30pm, Tue - Wed 9.30am - 5.30pm, Thu 9.30am - 6.30pm, Fri 9am - 5pm and Sat 9am - 4pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes Sundays.

Voucher must be booked by Tue 16 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.

Not valid for any existing pre-booked appointments or with any existing loyalty offers.

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.

Over 16s only.

Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and cancer sufferers/those in remission.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.

Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 30 mins.

Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 1 hr.

Upgrades are available; Smartbond and further conditioning treatments and colour can be added to bookings; please discuss direct.

Colour upgrades require a consultation and patch test at least 48 hours prior to treatment; please discuss directly with salon.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

No wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
