What if I buy the voucher then restaurant doesn't have availability for the day/time I want to go?

As a medical professional this answer doesn't help the customer--just the restauranteur--in every way. I would love if my patients could bring a wee note saying eg" I'm going to have gallstones in 14 days ". That fantasy may work in Brian's world --but not in the real world ! And what's this nonsense about supplement of £6.50 each for a piece of beef ? Is he a cook or a comedian. Most potential diners do not have a business card.Send him a Donald Russell catalogue !!
