Hi it’s says on cups website that there booking page isn’t for itison deals but this voucher says online bookings only. But there is no link to website for booking. Bit confused where have I to book?

Thanks for getting in touch!

I'm sorry for the trouble here, but you should now be able to make a booking by clicking the "Book online now" option on your voucher, which I've re-sent to you by email.

What to expect

  • Choice of location: Merchant City OR Renfield Street

Voucher is valid from Wed 9 Sep 2020 until Mon 30 Nov 2020, Mon - Fri & Sun 12noon, 1.30pm & 3pm and Sat 12noon only for Renfield Street and Mon - Fri & Sun 12noon, 1.45pm & 3.30pm and Sat 12noon only for Merchant City; subject to availability.

Voucher must be booked by Mon 9 Nov 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Option 1: Max 4 per person.

Max of 4 vouchers or 8 people per table. 

Afternoon tea menu only; subject to change.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Table required back after 1 hour 30 minutes.

Renfield Street: No wheelchair access available.

Merchant City: Wheelchair access available

Children permitted.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
