I need to know the dates available prior to purchase. I am arriving in Glasgow on 28th March from China for 2 weeks only. So if their isn't availability during that period then the voucher will be wasted. Is it possible to advise on what dates are available during that time please?

This voucher is valid to use from the 1st of April, and you'll be able to check availability and make a booking online immediately after buying your voucher.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

Saturday bookings are permitted in the Merchant City branch, but these are very limited so we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment. To check their availability before buying a voucher, please contact Cup Merchant City directly and they'll be happy to discuss.

Choice of location:
- Merchant City
- Renfield Street

Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Apr 2019 until Sun 30 Jun 2019, valid for sittings at 12noon, 1.45pm and 3.30pm; subject to availability.

Merchant City: Valid 7 days. Very limited availability on Saturdays, please book early to avoid disappointment.

Renfield Street: Excludes Saturdays.

A supplementary charge of £5 per person is required for Saturday and Sunday bookings; payable directly to restaurant.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 7 Jun 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only; bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 4 per person.

Max 4 vouchers per table.

Afternoon tea only; menu can be viewed here; subject to change.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Gluten free option carries a supplement of £5pp; payable directly to restaurant.

A supplementary charge of 35p is required for takeaway boxes; payable directly to restaurant.

Option 3 and 4 includes a teapot for two to share of Hendrick's gin cocktail choosing from the following: The Floradora, Cucumber Cooler or Pink with Envy; cocktails subject to change.

Alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.

Table may be required back in 1hr 30mins.

Wheelchair access available in Merchant City only.

Children permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
