I can confirm the couples voucher permits 2 people for treatment and afternoon tea however group bookings of more than 2 are unfortunately not permitted for this deal.

I'm happy to let you know Option 2 is a Couple's 'Botantical Retreat' spa day including 90 minute treatment package, gin and tonic, Prosecco afternoon tea and a goodie bag to take home at £250. One G&T is provided per person, and you'll be able to buy more drinks which can be paid for on the day.

Hi I have the couples voucher deal and just realised this deal is only available Mon -thurs I can only attend on a Saturday
Is it possible to pay the difference to upgrade to a Saturday booking Id rather do this than have to cancel my voucher

Thanks for getting in touch.

I'm afraid this deal excludes Friday-Sunday as such Saturday visits aren't permitted and I'm sorry for the disappointment this will cause.

If this means your voucher is no longer suitable please just let us know within 14 days of purchase at support@itison.com and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

What to expect

  • Botanical Bliss spa day for one including 60 minute treatment package, G&T, Prosecco afternoon tea and an eye roller and face mask to take home OR
  • Couple's Botanical Retreat spa day including 90 minute treatment package, G&T, Prosecco afternoon tea and an eye roller and face mask each to take home

Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Apr 2023 until Thu 29 Jun 2023, Mon - Thu 9am - 6pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Fri - Sun.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 15 Jun 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Option 1: Multiple voucher purchase permitted. Max of 2 per person. Option 2: Multiple voucher purchases not permitted. 

Over 18s only.

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.

Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Option 1: Includes a choice of 60 minute treatment and add on.

Option 2: Includes a choice of 60 minute treatment, 30 minute treatment and add on each.

Afternoon tea can be taken between 12noon and 4pm; menu is subject to change. Tables may be required back after 1hr 30mins. Max 1 vouchers per table. Please note groups are not permitted

Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking. A supplementary charge is required for the following: £5pp for gluten free options.

Includes a G&T and 125ml glass of Prosecco .Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

No wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
