I am interested in buying the itison private dinning voucher @ raddison red in Glasgow but before I buy it I need to check availability and they are closed due to covid
Is there another way to check availability?
Or if I buy the voucher and they can’t fit me in can I have a cash refund ?

Thanks for getting in touch!

I can confirm if you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

I'm also happy to let you know this voucher is protected by our itison guarantee. If you can't use your voucher due to the current COVID-19 situation, we'll issue an itison credit to use towards another deal for the next 12 months.

To check their availability before buying a voucher, please contact Radisson RED Glasgow directly on 0141 471 1700 and they'll be happy to discuss.

Please note a maximum of 1 voucher can be used per table. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on same date or booking.

What to expect

  • 3 course private dining experience for 8 with a choice of Eden Mill G&T, pint of beer or signature cocktail each

Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr 2020 until Wed 30 Sep 2020, 7 days 12noon - 9pm; subject to availability.

Voucher must be booked by Wed 9 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!) 48 hours notice required.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person.

Max of 1 vouchers per table. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on same date or booking.

Maximum booking of 24 people max for Studio 9. Studio 3 can accommodate up to 64 people. Please note additional guests will be £25 per person supplement, payable directly to Radisson RED.

3 courses from a set menu; subject to change.

Pre-order required 7 days prior to arrival.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Includes an Eden Mill G&T, a pint of WEST St Mungo beer OR a signatue cocktail each; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Table required back after 3 hours.

Wheelchair access available. 

Children permitted.

Advance booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
