I got my date i was after booking direct with the hotel as it was £23 cheaper to book with them than using a itison voucher. I know it is not like itison to be more expensive that was what my original query was.

What to expect

Overnight stay for two with in-room tea and coffee and free Wi-Fi 

OR

Overnight stay for two with breakfast, welcome drinks of 2 x WEST beers in room on arrival and free Wi-Fi 

Voucher is valid from Fri 9 Aug 2019 until Fri 29 Nov 2019, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 17, 22 Aug, 3 – 6, 24 – 26 Sept, 11, 17, 20, 28 Oct, 1, 4, 8, 28 Nov 2019 and all Saturdays in October and November.

A supplementary charge of £10 per room is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Nov 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-refundable. You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel or re-schedule within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Please note: access to the roof top bar is on a first come first served basis and cannot be guaranteed.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.

Standard king or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a superior room for a supplementary charge of £15 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 2: Includes breakfast and 2 x 330ml WEST beers in the room on arrival; alcohol cannot be substituted for a soft drink.

Max of 1 child permitted; children are classed as ages 16 and under and stay free of charge when sharing with parents. Children ages 12 and under eat breakfast free when accompanied by at least one adult staying at a BB rate and eat dinner free when accompanied by at least one adult paying full price for dinner; please discuss directly with hotel.

Max of 1 dog up to 15kg permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
