It says valid for 7 days, does that mean I have to be at hotel within that time. Was planning going on 24th November 2018.

This voucher can be used 7 days a week, and is valid from Sat 1 Dec 2018 until Sun 31 Mar 2019. I'm afraid this means a voucher can't be used for a stay in November 2018.

I would be buying for a Christmas present so the couple would not be confirming a reservation until after Dec, would that be ok?
Other sites need confirmation of booking within 14 days or so.

What to expect

Overnight stay for two with breakfast OR

2 night stay for two with breakfast both mornings OR

2 night stay for two with dinner on the first night and breakfast both mornings

Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Dec 2018 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 24 – 26, 30, 31 Dec 2018 and 1, 2 Jan 2019.

A supplementary charge of £15 per room per night is required for Fridays and Saturdays; payable directly to hotel. Please note a supplementary charge of £20 is require for 14 Feb 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 4 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). Please note that bookings can only be taken via booking number on voucher and not with hotel reception.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm; check-out 10.30am.

Standard double or twin room available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 3 includes a £20 per person dinner allowance towards food on the menu on the first night only; choose a starter and main course each; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available.

Parking available onsite.

Max 1 child permitted; ages 0-2 years stay free of charge and ages 3+ require a supplementary charge of £25 for additional bed; payable directly to hotel.

No pets permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
