Hi everyone would a family of 4 ticket be allowed for 3 adult women? Your deals are fab but we seem to always have to pay for 4 (2 deals x2 )for any deal we take up. Is that just the way it is, or should we be asking the question re 3 each time we fancy an offer. Thanks for any help. No matter what the answer you all do a cracking job of getting these deals. You're welcome to contact the venue to discuss the possibility of paying for a third adult directly on arrival.

Are dogs allowed in the grounds? We were allowed to take ours to previous Balmorsl Runs so I assumed dogs were always allowed. but this wasn’t mentioned in the question about assistance dogs. Thanks.

What to expect

2 adult tickets

OR

Family ticket (2 adults and up to 4 children)

Includes access to the grounds, gardens, ballroom in the castle and exhibitions plus audio handset tour

Voucher is valid from Fri 30 Mar 2018 until Thur 31 May 2018, 7 days, 10am – 5pm (last admission 4.30pm); subject to availability.

Excludes 21 Apr and 28 May 2018.

Advance booking is not required.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.

Option 1: two adult tickets; adults are classed as ages 16+.

Option 2: family ticket including 2 adults and up to 4 children.

Additional children may be permitted at standard rates; under 5's go free & ages 5 - 15 years are £6 per child.

For audio handset tour a deposit of £5 per handset is required, with a full refund given when the handset is handed in at the Carriage Hall Exhibition at the end of the tour.

Wheelchair accessible with ramped access to all exhibitions. Parking for disabled is available within the grounds. Please drive up to the ticket office and enquire.

Admission charges include parking, access to the formal and vegetable gardens, the exhibitions in the stable area and largest room in the Castle, the ballroom.

The admission charges include the audio handset tour, which is available in English, French, German, Italian, Dutch and Spanish. The audio tour is only available for admissions before 4.30pm.

Please note that all other rooms within the Castle are not available to the public as these are Her Majesty The Queen's private rooms.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
