We bought this deal last year, sadly, we are wondering if Itison read our letter following our stay where I was cut in the spa, receiving an injury which has left me with a scar for life and the manager of the hotel was extremely unhelpful and didn’t really behave appropriately under the circumstances.
We received no reply from itison, also no reply from the hotel chain. Have you ensured that they now have full safety measures in place in the pool and spa

I'm happy to let you know children are permitted with this offer. For 2 children 6 - 15 years old a large family room would be required at a supplementary cost of £7.50 per child. Breakfast will cost an additional £7.50 per child, 6 - 12 years old and £12 per child for 13- 15 years, dinner to be charged as taken; payable directly to hotel. I'd recommend contacting Barony Castle directly to discuss the availability of a Large Family room.
