You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Option 1: not suitable after the first trimester or pregnancy. Option 2: suitable during pregnancy.

Treatments are not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Option 1: treatment duration: approx. 50 mins including consultation.

Option 2: treatment duration: approx. 1 hr including consultation. A patch test is required 48 hours in advance; please discuss directly. Treatment lasts up to 8 weeks depending on lifestyle and maintenance.

A dermaplaning treatment can be added for a supplementary charge of £20; payable directly.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
