Hi, the small print on the benefit deal says you have to be over 18, I understand this is due to prosecco on the deal. I would like to purchase 1 for myself and my 13yr old daughter who will obviously not be having the prosecco. Is this OK?

I'm afraid this deal is valid for over 18s only, and can't be used for a 13-year-old.

Hi there my daughter went on Saturday and was told they needed to buy 2 products with this deal so don’t understand wasn’t told that when a booked them in at the counter ?? Could you explain

Makeover for one at Benefit

Includes a glass of Prosecco and a sample to take home

Voucher is valid from Wed 2 Jan 2019 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, Mon - Wed & Fri 9.30am - 7pm, Thu 9.30am - 8pm, Sat 9am - 7pm and Sun 11am - 6pm; subject to availability.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 18s only.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; subject to availability.

Treatment duration: approx. 30mins.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
