What to expect

20 or 30 day unlimited pass for one with free mat and towel hire for your first class

Voucher is valid from Mon 20 May 2019 until Sat 31 Aug 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.

Redeemable at Bikram Yoga Southside: Eastwood Avenue until 29 Jul 2019; studio moves to Battlefield Road from 29 Jul 2019.

Please check timetable for available class times here. Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before the class.

Advance booking is not required for Bikram or fusion yoga classes Mon - Sat; registration is required on first visit.

Advance booking required for inferno hot pilates, deep release yoga and all Sunday classes. Book by Thur 1 Aug 2019 ( we don't want you to miss out!). Please note limited spaces available.

Duration: approx. 45 – 90 mins depending on class.

Max of 50 people per class; places are on a first come first served basis, please arrive early.

Multiple purchases are not permitted.

Suitable for over 16s only.

Mat and towel hire is free for the first class and then £1 each to hire unless you bring your own; payable directly to Bikram Yoga Southside.

Valid for 20 or 30 consecutive days from the first class depending on your chosen option; unlimited classes can be attended during this period. Up to 5 classes available per day.

Suitable for all levels of fitness.

Please discuss any medical concerns with your doctor and inform teacher before class.

Not suitable for those who are pregnant unless practising before pregnancy and past first trimester.

Recommended clothing: Light fabrics such as Lycra are ideal as cotton is bulky and restricts movement when wet.  Women - sports tops and bottoms. Men - shorts.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
