Voucher is valid from Wed 17 Aug 2022 - Sun 13 Nov 2022, valid Mon - Tue 11am - 8pm, Wed & Fri 9am - 6pm and Thu 9am - 9pm, Sat 9am-5.30pm & Sun 10am - 4.30pm subject to availability.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 28 Oct 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Members must be 18+ to receive the complimentary glass of fizz.

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.

Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.

Option 1:  duration approx. 40 mins. Blow dry lasts 5 days, cut will depend on members desires. 

Option 2 duration: approx. 1hr. Blow dry lasts up to 5 days depending on lifestyle and maintenance.

Option 3 duration: approx. 1hr - 3hrs. Treatment lasts from 4 weeks up to several months depending on lifestyle and maintenance.

For colour treatments a patch test is required 48 hours in advance; please discuss directly with the salon.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
