Hello what's the difference between spa access and leisure access? Does option 1 mean you can't use swim,sauna etc?

I'm really sorry for any confusion, but I can confirm both options for this deal include access to the pool, sauna and gym.

I'm happy to confirm multiple voucher purchases are permitted with this deal. A maximum of 2 vouchers for Option 1 can be used per group, and a maximum of 4 vouchers for Option 2 per group.

Option 1 spa access? what does this mean exactly? What do or can you get inluded in the price once you have purchased option 1?

The first voucher option gives you access to the spa facilities - the gym, pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub.

What to expect

Spa access for two with afternoon tea and a glass of bubbly each

OR

Spa day for one with a 50 minute treatment, 2 course lunch with a glass of bubbly

Choice of treatment:
- Salt & oil body polish
- Personalised massage
- Personalised facial

Option 1 voucher is valid from Sun 2 Dec 2018 until Fri 29 Mar 2018, Sun - Fri, 10am – 5pm; subject to availability. A supplementary charge of £7.50 per person is required for Sunday bookings; payable directly to spa. Excludes Saturdays.

Option 2 voucher is valid from Sun 1 Dec 2018 until Fri 29 Mar 2019, 7 days, 10am – 6pm; subject to availability. A supplementary charge of £10 per person is required for Saturdays and Sundays bookings; payable directly to spa.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; Option 1: max of 2 per group and option 2: max of 4 per group.

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.

Over 16s only.

Option 1 includes afternoon tea with a 125ml glass of bubbly; afternoon tea is served in the Plumpy Duck Restaurant.

Option 2 includes a 2 course lunch with a 125ml glass of bubbly each. Lunch is served in the Spa Lounge and is a choice of starter and main or main and dessert each; menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options available; please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Option 2 includes a choice of 50 minute treatment: salt & oil body polish, personalised massage or personalised facial; not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa at time of booking. 

Includes access to leisure facilities: gym, pool, sauna, steam room & hot tub.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
