What to expect

  • 1 or 2 night stay for two with a glass of Prosecco on arrival & breakfast
  • Option to include dinner one night

Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Jan 2023 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 19 Feb 2023.

A supplementary charge of £25 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am. 

Deluxe room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; subject to availability upon check-in.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Includes a glass of Prosecco on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Dinner options: Includes a 3 course dinner from the table d'hote menu; subject to change. Max of 2 vouchers / 4 people per table. Tables are required back after 2 hours. Vegetarian, vegan, dairy / wheat / gluten free options are available. 2 night stay: dinner is on the first night only.

Max of 1 child permitted per room; children are classed as ages 12 and under and require a supplementary charge of £30; payable directly.

No pets permitted. 

Wheelchair access available 

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
