Hi, I’m purchasing this as a gift. Is the confirmation email automatically sent to myself?
Could I send them the voucher code and they could place the order with the Company directly?

I can confirm this will be sent to you after purchase but you can still gift it from your account on our website. To view your order, just head to itison.com/my/complete_orders

Select Give this Voucher as a Gift, and you’ll be asked to enter your name, your recipient’s name, and a gift message.

If you want to print the voucher to give as a gift, select Save Gift and then Print Voucher. Your message should show at the top of the voucher, and you can select Print to go ahead.

If you’d rather email the voucher to your recipient, just enter their email address before selecting Save Gift. It’ll be sent to them right away.

Every time I put the code in the cursor just spins but won't move on.

I bought a voucher paid the postage. Got the FedEx tracking number etc. I have just received an email from the company to say they don't deliver to KY16 !!

Hi I'm trying to place my order on their website but it won't accept the code.

I've emailed them and asked how to pay and they have asked me to pay again at full price of 44pounds and claim it back.

I'm really not happy with this at all.

I've just been charged 44pounds on their website.
I've emailed asking for a refund, I put the code in as requested.
If I dont have a refund by Monday, I would like my money back from itison. I've now paid 64ppunds all in.
