How can I finish placing an order when I don’t have a promotional code. I tried buying this deal a few times yesterday and each time I got as far as bank details then it said I was missing information as it was looking for a promotional code. I don’t remember ever hat his bother before. I got so frustrated I unsubscribed.

Thanks for getting in touch.
You should be able to leave the Promotional Code field empty to complete your purchase. I'd recommend perhaps trying to place an order again using a different browser or device and this should hopefully sort the issue.

Can't seem to get booked in. Got vouchers and would like to book for tomorrow, October 7 round about two o clock if possible.

Thanks for getting in touch!
I can confirm a max of 2 vouchers are permitted per group. You should be able to make your booking for four people by following the link on your voucher. However, if this means your order is unsuitable, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.
