Questions and answers

Does that mean it is free for the child to stay, and that you only pay for the child’s breakfast (which is half the price of the adult).

Or that you have to pay for the child to stay and for breakfast at half rate

I'm happy to let you know children 0-4 years stay free of charge, and children aged 5-12 years are charged at half the price of adults, which includes breakfast.

Is the hotel actually open? I have called and called their number for days now and have never had anyone answer the phone

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Dinner options: Includes £30 food and drink voucher against any menu in restaurant or bar. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available.

Max of 2 children permitted; children are classed as ages 5 – 12 years and are charged at half the price of adults including breakfast. Children ages 0 – 4 years are free of charge. Additional beds and cots are not available and children are required to share existing bedding.

Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £12 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
