Hello,

I was wondering what the policy is regarding booking dates and then having to change the dates if the government restrictions regarding COVID are not lifted? As I do not want to book this deal and then not be able to use it.

Hi there, check this hotel in a different company website and they said no pets allowed. Your web site says pets allowed. We would like to book the Craiglynn hotel in April if hotel is open Eg Monday and Tuesday 12and13 of April. If not be would we willing to go to this hotel at later date

I can confirm a max of 2 children aged 12 and under are permitted free of charge when sharing existing bedding. All meals must be paid for as taken.

I’m sorry you’re having trouble gifting your voucher, but fear not! You can still gift it from your account on our website. To view your order, just head to itison.com/my/complete_orders

Select Give this Voucher as a Gift, and you’ll be asked to enter your name, your recipient’s name, and a gift message.

If you want to print the voucher to give as a gift, select Save Gift and then Print Voucher. Your message should show at the top of the voucher, and you can select Print to go ahead.

If you’d rather email the voucher to your recipient, just enter their email address before selecting Save Gift. It’ll be sent to them right away.

What to expect

  • 1 or 2 night stay for two with £30 food and drink voucher on the first night, breakfast each morning and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Thu 23 Dec 2021, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Tue 23 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: garden view room - £10, garden view king - £15; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes £30 food and drink voucher against any menu in restaurant or bar. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available.

Max of 2 children aged 12 and under are permitted free of charge when sharing existing bedding. All meals must be paid for as taken.

Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
