Hi, age of children isn’t clear in the small print. Is a 2 year old classed as ‘under 2’ or ‘3-15’?

I'm really sorry for the confusion here, but I can confirm children are classed as ages 3 - 15, and under 3's go free with cots available on request.

Hello if I was booking a child aged 10 in with two adults I know it is a supplement of £20 each night does the cold get breakfast both days and the meal on first night
Also do you have a children’s menu?

What to expect

  • 2 night stay for two with a Loch Leven gin flight on arrival, 2 course dinner on the first night, breakfast each morning and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Sat 1 May 2021 until Tue 30 Nov 2021, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Oct 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.

Stay in a standard double or twin room.

Rooms can be upgraded to a super king room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel. 

Third night can be included on a B&B basis for a supplementary charge of £69; please discuss and pay directly to the hotel.

Includes a 2 course dinner from a set menu on the first night; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 

Includes a gin flight on arrival with 3 x 50ml Loch Leven gins per couple plus 3 x Fever Tree tonics plus garnish.

Max of 1 child permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per child per night; payable directly to hotel. Children are classed as ages 3 - 15, under 3's go free with cots available on request.

Max of 1 pet is permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.

No wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
