March stay: Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Mar 2022 until Sat 26 Mar 2022, 7 days. Excludes 6-10, 14-16, 20-24 Mar 2022.

General: Bookings are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Max of 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) permitted in a family room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable direct. Children are classed as ages 0-12yrs.

Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
