Questions and answers

My friend and I would like to visit and play golf plus overnight stay. We would wish to bring our wives, but they don’t play golf. How do prices for this work. Thanks.

Thanks for getting in touch!

I can confirm that Option 4 includes an overnight stay for two with a round of golf each, £30 per person dinner allowance, breakfast and late check-out.

You're welcome to contact Cally Palace Hotel directly on 01557 814341 to discuss the possibility of some of your group sitting out the round of golf.

Just keep in mind that no further discount can be applied.

no gluten / wheat free options available.
Does this mean:
a) There are no options for people who can’t eat gluten/wheat (the way I read it),
b) There are options that contain no gluten and are free of wheat?

I'm afraid gluten-free options aren't available for the sandwich/soup option, however there are gluten-free options available for the dinner allowance included in the overnight stay option.

Golf: Voucher is valid from Thu 20 Apr 2023 until Tue 31 Oct 2023, 7 days 12noon - 9pm; subject to availability.

Excludes 9 - 10 June 2023.

Suitable for all ages; under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

Smart/casual attire required at all times; tops must have collars.

Golf shoes required (soft spikes recommended).

Option 3: Includes soup and a sandwich each from the main menu at The Conservatory; subject to change. Vegetarian options available;; no gluten / wheat free options available.

Overnight stay: Voucher is valid from Thu 20 Apr 2023 until Tue 31 Oct 2023, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 28-29 Apr, 19-20 May, 9 - 10 Jun, 5, 8, 11-12 ,14, 31 Aug, 1-2 Sep & 6-7 Oct 2023.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday & Saturdays stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.

Classic double or twin room available. 

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; deluxe room - £30, forest wing room - £10. Payable direct. 

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel. 

Includes £30pp allowance to use towards the dinner menu; subject to change. Voucher spend must be used in full; no change will be given.

Vegetarian, vegan, dairy free and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.  

Max of 2 children aged 0-12 permitted in a forest wing room for a supplementary charge of £30prpn for BB only; all other meals will be charged as taken.

Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.

General:

Voucher must be booked by Fri 29 Sep 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
