The itison refund policy is as follows: You may obtain a full, no questions asked refund within 7 working days from teh date of purchase (unless your voucher has been redeemed).

Outwith this period there must be serious fault or misguidance on behalf of the deal provider in order to obtain a refund. All bookings are subject to availability and will be issued by the deal provider on a 1st come, 1st served basis.

This Daily Deal is for a 90min Champagne Cruise on the Celtic Warrior for 2 with champagne, and the option to further purchase a leisure pass each to the Cameron Club located at Cameron House.

An overnight stay is, unfortunately, not included with this deal, however you can purchase this direct from Cameron House Hotel.

Oh no, I am gutted - have come on to buy the cruise only but you only have the cruise and leisure deal left.... We are going to stay at the Lodges at Cameron House in March and get access to the leisure facilities anyway so no point in buying that! Any chance that more Cruise only deals will be released? Thank you! x

As luck would have it I have a night booked at Cameron House so this would be a fabby thing to do while there! Do you know what times the cruises are? I wouldn't want to have to hurry through breakfast and check out early!

A leisure pass each to the Cameron Club located at Cameron House and incorporates two pools, a sauna, jacuzzi and a fully equipped gym

Voucher is valid until 31st March 2012, Mon - Fri, 10am or 1pm cruise; subject to availability.

Voucher excludes 14th & 24th Feb.

One voucher per couple; multiple vouchers may be purchased as gifts.

Max 10 people per cruise.

This experience is weather dependent; should the weather be unsuitable Cameron House will arrange an alternative date for you to redeem your voucher.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment.

Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity period is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Voucher must be surrendered to receive your experience.
