Hi ive purchased this voucher but i am unsure how to redeem it.

Thanks for getting in touch!

You should be able to redeem your voucher by hitting the 'book online now' link at the top of your voucher and follow the instructions printed after purchase.

To apply a gift card at our checkout, just head to itison.com. Once you’ve found the deal you’d like, select Buy Now. You can then Add a Gift Card or Promo Code after confirming how many vouchers you'd like to buy.

You might find your code comes up automatically and you can select Use This Code. Otherwise, just type it in as it shows and select Enter Code. Your order total will update and you can continue to the payment section.

Available to new Laithwaite’s accounts only and you must be based at a UK address (excluding BFPO addresses).

Wine Rewards membership is included as part of this promotion. Once you purchase the case of wine, a Wine Rewards account will be created on your behalf. Payments are £30 every month, this amount will be deducted from the card used to pay for the delivery of this purchase; you can change this plan or stop at any time. You will find full terms and conditions here.

P&P: £1 per order for this introductory offer; must be paid by credit/debit card. The delivery charge cannot be paid for through Paypal.

It is possible that wines may be substituted with like-for-like replacements in the event of excessive demand. If you are unhappy with any substitutions you receive, Laithwaite's will arrange collection at their cost.
