I purchased this voucher and was told I could no longer use it. And now I see it’s o. Till end of jan 2021

Thanks for getting in touch.

I can confirm a previous offer for Central Therapy had expired, and this is a separate new deal valid from 2 Nov 2020 until 30 Jan 2021.

I still can not get a hold of it is on to get a credit. I emailed your company and got a really rude reply. We are in a middle of a pandemic and I had only just purchased the voucher and who ever emailed me back was really rude

Due to the current restrictions this voucher cannot be used until after the 11th December? Will it be extended to feb then?

Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Nov 2020 until Mon 31 May 2021,  Mon & Thu 9am - 7pm and Tue, Wed & Fri 9am - 5pm; subject to availability.

Excludes weekends and 24 Dec 2020 - 3 Jan 2021.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 17 May 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Email bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.

Over 18s only.

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.

Treatments can be adapted to suit pregnancy/breastfeeding.

A note from consultant is required for cancer treatment/remission.

Consultation will be carried out before all treatments.

Option 1: sports or deep tissue massage. Duration approx. 30 mins.

Option 2: sports or deep tissue massage plus acupuncture session. Duration approx. 1 hour.

Includes consultation time.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
