Can fish suppers be exchanged for sausage suppers etc? Or is it only the fish suppers you can get? Kind regards

I'm afraid we can't exchange vouchers but if you can’t use the voucher yourself you’re welcome to perhaps pass it on to a friend or family member instead.

There isn't a set time for advance booking, other than making sure you book before Tuesday 17th March 2020. Do just keep in mind though that the more notice you give, the more likely it is that there will be availability.

I can confirm advance booking is required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

This is my 3rd attempt to get an answer. I want to know how far in advance I have to book. You last response meet told me how long the voucher is valid for. To be clear I assume ' advance booking' means I cannot use my voucher without arranging in advance the date I want to use it? I simply want to know how much notice I have to give the restaurant.

Thanks for getting back in touch although I'm sorry if we previously misunderstood.
I can confirm advanced booking is required or you risk forfeiting your voucher. You'll be able to book immediately after purchasing using the number on your voucher and it would be at the discretion of the venue to accept our voucher on the same day. You're welcome to discuss this with them directly on 0141 225 6650 and they'll be happy to advise.
All bookings are subject to availability so we'd advise booking asap to avoid disappointment and the last date to book is the 17th of March and the expiry date is the 31st of March.
You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
