Is it dog friendly ?

I'm happy to let you know a max of 2 small dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £5 per dog, per night; payable directly to the hotel. Please note no cost for guide dogs.

Hi made an enquiry through the Mc Donalds central reservation and was told this voucher would not be valid for Saturday 6th of July for 1 double and 1 twin executive room and they had no record of a itison voucher deal. Can you please look into this and get back to me. Thank you Dawn .

I'm afraid this voucher expires on Sunday 31st March 2019, so the hotel sadly won't be able to accept a booking for July.

What to expect

1 night stay for two with breakfast and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Sat 3 Nov 2018 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability. 

Excludes 8, 10 & 17 Nov, 1, 3, 24 - 31 Dec 2018 and 1, 4, 5 Jan, 9 - 23 Feb, 9 Mar 2019.

A supplementary charge of £30 per room applies for Saturday night stays; please arrange and pay hotel directly.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).  

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.   

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, late check-out 1pm.

Executive double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss directly with hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel

Options 2 and 3: Includes £25 allowance towards the a la carte menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Option 3 dinner is on the first night only.

Parking available.

Max 2 children permitted. Under 2's stay free. Family rooms required for children aged 2-12 and a supplement of £30 per room per night is payable to the hotel. Rooms can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. Breakfast is included, dinner is charged as taken. Ages 12+ are classed as adults. 

Max of 2 small dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per dog, per night; payable directly to hotel. Please note no cost for guide dogs. 

Wheelchair access available; please discuss with the hotel at the time of booking.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.  

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
