I'm happy to confirm a max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 per dog per stay; payable directly to Dalnaglar Castle Estate. Dogs are only permitted in Wester Caiplich & Easter Caiplich.

  • 2, 3, 4 or 5 night stay for up to four people in Wester Caiplich cottage with a private hot tub OR 
  • 3, 4 or 5 night stay for up to six people in Easter Caiplich, Keepers or Dalnaglar cottages cottage with a private hot tub

4 people stay for 2 nights: Voucher is valid from Wed 5 Jan 2022 until Thu 12 May 2022, valid Mon-Thu. Excludes Fri-Sun.

4 people stay for 3, 4 or 5 nights: Voucher is valid from Wed 5 Jan 2022 until Sun 15 May 2022, valid 7 days.

6 people stay: Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Jan 2022 until Sun 15 May 2022, valid 7 days.

Excludes 4-24 Apr 2022.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 29 Apr 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Bookings are subject to availability.

Once booked with Dalnaglar Castle Estate, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.

Wester Caiplich sleeps up to 4 and has a mix of double and twin rooms.

Easter Caiplich, Keepers and Dalnaglar Cottage sleeps up to 6 and has a mix of double and twin rooms. Please note Dalnaglar Cottage and Easter Caiplich have one single room and a fold away bed. Keepers cottage can be made into either six single beds or two doubles and a twin.

All cottages have 2 shower rooms, private hot tub, kitchen facilities, central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

A security deposit of £100 is required; payable directly upon check-in and will be refunded upon check-out. Please discuss directly. 

Children permitted and included in the overall headcount.

Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 per dog per stay; payable directly. Dogs are only permitted in Wester Caiplich & Easter Caiplich.

No wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
