I'm happy to confirm vouchers are valid from Thur 4 Apr 2019 until Sat 1 Jun 2019, and can be used Thursday & Friday 5pm - 8pm, Saturday 5.30pm - 8.30pm; subject to availability.

Is this only available Thursday, Friday and Saturdays. ?

Thanks for getting in touch!

I'm happy to let you know this voucher is valid to use Thursdays and Fridays between 5pm to 8pm, and Saturdays between 5.30pm to 830pm. I'm afraid the voucher excludes Sundays to Wednesdays.

Hi, I want to buy two vouchers for Cranachan for the main course and wine but it only looks to allow me to buy one. Is that correct?

I can confirm multiple voucher purchases are not permitted, so you can only buy 1 voucher per itison member.

Voucher is valid from Thur 4 Apr 2019 until Sat 1 Jun 2019,  Thur & Fri 5pm - 8pm, Sat 5.30pm - 8.30pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Sunday – Wednesdays.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 May 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases are not permitted.

Max 3 vouchers per table.

Choose a main course each.

Steak may require a supplementary charge of £5; payable directly to restaurant. Please discuss directly with restaurant.

Menu can be viewed here; subject to change.

Vegetarian options available; please discuss directly with restaurant. No gluten / wheat free options available.

Option 2 includes a bottle of red, white or rose house wine to share.

Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Table required back after 1hr 45mins.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
